LM2901/2/3/4 Series Operational Amplifiers and Voltage Comparators
Diodes' dual and quad operational amplifiers and comparators with industrial temperature ranges are now available with TSSOP/MSOP-8 packages
Diodes' LM290 (1, 2, 3, and 4) series consists of four and two independent, high-gain operational amplifiers and voltage comparators. The LM290 series is designed to operate from single-power rails over a wide range of voltages. However, operation from split power supplies is also possible. The devices offer low power-supply current drain independent of the magnitude of the power-supply voltage. The LM290 series is characterized for operation from -40°C to +125°C. The quad devices are available in SO-14 and TSSOP-14 packages, while the dual devices are available in SO-8, MSOP-8, and TSSOP-8 packages; all members with industry-standard pin-outs. All LM290 series devices use green mold compound as a standard and are RoHS-compliant.
