MEC8 Micro Edge Card Connectors
Samtec’s MEC8 0.80 mm micro edge card connectors are PCIe® early gen compliant
Samtec’s 0.80 mm micro edge card connector is available in vertical, right-angle, edge mount, and press-fit varieties. The vertical version is rated for 25 Gbps performance. The right-angle, edge mount, and press-fit versions are rated for 14 Gbps performance. All orientations are PCIe early gen compliant. The MEC8 accepts 0.062” thick cards and optional alignment pins are available.
