The TNPR0201 thin-film resistor series is an excellent choice where high-frequency performance (up to 20 GHz) and long-term stability is required. With very low resistive drift greater than or equal to 0.05% after the 1,000 h life test, besides offering superior moisture resistance with the Vishay Specialized Passivation Method, these resistors are tested and qualified against the severe automotive +85°C/85% biased humidity test. The TNPR series is impervious to sulfur exposure, verified in accordance with standard ASTM B 809, and is offered with pure tin termination plating that is RoHS compliant.
