Image of Taiyo Yuden High Capacitance MLCCTAIYO YUDEN’s high-capacitance value, multilayer ceramic capacitors are effective alternatives to polymer-technology capacitors. Their lineup includes the world’s first 470 µF MLCC, and is also available in capacitances of 100 µF, 150 µF, 220 µF, and 330 µF. AEC-Q200 qualified versions are available. These MLCCs are characterized by low ESR (equivalent series resistance), low ESL (equivalent series inductance), and smaller case sizes when compared to aluminum or tantalum electrolytic capacitors. These high value MLCCs are non-polar, environmentally friendly, and provide effective noise elimination.

TAIYO YUDEN's high-capacitance MLCCs are made using superior micro-fabrication technology and high precision layering enabling high capacitance in a compact size. These high value MLCCs are available in AEC-Q200 qualified versions* to support a wide range of applications from automotive and industrial to consumer electronics. TAIYO YUDEN high value MLCCs can also be utilized as a key component in FPGA power distribution designs.
